Emmerdale viewers were left speechless after 15-year-old Amelia was told she was pregnant in a dramatic twist.
Over the last few months Amelia has been struggling with body image and decided to order a weight syrup online. Since then she has been feeling a bit woozy for some time, having dizzy spells and blurred vision.
And at first the syrup was the only explanation for this but during tonight’s shock twist she found out that she was pregnant.
Her day wasn’t off to a good start - she was asked to babysit Gabby’s son Thomas and Dawn’s son Lucas while they were both at work.
However she had another one of her dizzy spells and ended up fainting with Thomas in her arms. At the hospital she lied that Thomas hadn’t been strapped into his high chair properly by Gabby and he fell out.
But when Lucas told Kim that Amelia fell holding the baby, she confronted Amelia. Dan wanted to know what was causing Amelia to blackout and she admitted she had been taking weight syrup.
Amelia was then forced to get checked over but the doctor revealed that the reason she had been passing out and feeling nauseous was because she was pregnant.
The pregnancy came as a shock to not only Amelia but viewers at home, who were left wondering who the dad could be and trying to work it out.
