Two years back, Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty had revealed having a health complication which is known as antiphospholipid syndrome. In a reality show, the actor had shared details about how that condition affected her pregnancy and how after several attempts she decided to opt for the surrogacy route.
Shilpa is mother to Viaan, who was born on May 21, 2012. She welcomed her second child, a daughter, in 2020; the daughter was born via surrogacy.
