‘She was the last person to deserve this’: Father recalls final moments with 12-year-old LGBTQ supporter daughter killed by trans in Canada shooting

A 12-year-old girl who supported the LGBTQ community was among eight people shot and killed by a transgender in the Canadian Rockies town of Tumbler Ridge.

The father of one of the shooting victims described the last time he saw his daughter before she was killed. He said that he dropped his daughter and son off at school as usual in the morning.
