In the not-too-distant past, Marjorie Taylor Greene was Donald Trump‘s most enthusiastic cheerleader. Even when the chips were down for Trump, she unfailingly had his back, summarizing her thoughts: “I love President Trump, I never hide that fact. I think he’s wonderful.”
But, in a truly unexpected political break-up, Greene and Trump are now enemies. Greene has spent the last few months making unexpectedly critical comments about her Republican colleagues: calling them out for their support of the Gaza genocide, dismissing them as “weak” for their behavior during the shutdown, and pushing for the full disclosure of the Epstein files.
