Glasgow's south side has seen an enormous property boom in recent years, with house prices skyrocketing.
Flats have sold like hotcakes and the rising demand has driven up prices.
And while many areas of the south side have experienced this boom, nowhere has been more impacted than Shawlands, where properties have quickly become too expensive for many to afford.
