Shaughna Phillips has told fans about having faced a difficult morning with her newborn daughter Lucia, saying that the experience had her feeling "really upset" earlier.
The reality TV star, 28 - best known for having been on Love Island in 2020 - announced the birth of her daughter Lucia earlier this month, following her arrival on April 4.
She's shared updates with her followers on Instagram since welcoming her daughter into the world, including opening up about her emergency c-section recently.
One of the latest updates saw Shaughna discuss her morning, telling her followers on the platform that she had been "really upset" and was feeling anxious over Lucia.
Shaughna took to the platform earlier to write about the experience alongside a photo of Lucia asleep. She wrote in the accompanying caption: "We have had a morning.
"Trapped wind and 2 sick tsunamis have made for a really upset Lucia and a really upset mama, nothing worse than hearing her cry and not being able to take it away from her."
Further commenting about such, the former Islander continued in the post: "Finally settled after about 3 hours, my anxiety is at a level 1628461027, and I'm ready for bed."
Shaughna later suggested that things were looking up, with her sharing footage of herself and Lucia out on a walk together. She wrote alongside the video: "...and breathe".
It isn't the first time that reality TV star Shaughna has spoken about experiencing anxiety following the birth of her newborn daughter just a couple of weeks ago.
She wrote about such in a previous post on the platform this month in which she discussed having taken Lucia out on a walk with her two dogs Bunnie and Biggie.
Shaughna wrote at the time: "Lucia's first dog walk. Everything is so scary all of a sudden. Cars are too loud, pavements are too bumpy, but we made it my dream girl".
And responding to a fan who seemed to relate to the post, Shaughna added in the comments: "I started panicking that she might have hayfever. The anxiety is insane".
