Sharon Osbourne has offered fans a health update after her terrifying hospital dash due to a medical emergency.
The presenter was filming a paranormal TV show in California when she passed out for over 20 minutes and had to be rushed to hospital. She was given a string of tests but medics are still unsure exactly what caused it.
Sharon says she's doing better now but is still unsure what caused her to pass out on set. She looked well as she appeared on her TalkTV show with her co-star JJ Anisiobi and chatted about her quiet Christmas.
"Can you explain exactly what happened?" her co-star JJ asked her before Sharon replied: "I wish I could but I can't. It was the weirdest thing – I was doing some filming and suddenly they tell me that I felt..."
"Yeah [I passed out], for 20 minutes. I was in hospital. I went to one hospital, they took me to another hospital and I did every test over two days and nobody knows why."
She had been shooting on the set of a ghost-themed show – which her son Jack claimed was another stint of his Discovery Plus show Jack Osbourne's Night of Terror – at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, before she was subsequently transported to Santa Paula Hospital where she underwent tests.
Following the incident, she took to Instagram and shared a cute snap of one of her beloved dogs. S haring the image of the pooch sitting in front of the family's Christmas tree, she wrote: "Back home and doing great! Thank you for all the [love heart emoji]."
Her son Jack had previously given a health update on his mum after she passed out on set.
"Ok here is what I’ll say - first things first MY MOTHER WASN’T FILMING A EPISODE OF @ghostadventures. She was filming a new episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha. Now that we have made that clear… she has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home," he wrote in a post on social media, "Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support."
Sharon recently announced her and hubby Ozzy will return to the UK in the near future. Despite the revelation, the Black Sabbath star has openly admitted his love for life stateside and would happily stay if he had it his way.
