Sharon Osbourne said she became "very sick" after using a controversial weight loss jab.
The 70-year-old TV star revealed she lost 30lb (2.1 stone) in just four months after taking the injections, but gave a stark warning to others that it is not "a quick fix".
Sharon believes weight loss is a "mental problem", but said she "eats normally now".
Her comments come after it was announced that WeGovy's launch in the UK had been put on pause over fears demand will be too high.
Speaking on Sharon's show The Talk, her fellow panellist Daisy McAndrew explained how weight loss isn't as simple as increasing exercise.
"It doesn't work like that for a lot of people's metabolism," she said.
Sharon agreed: "It doesn't. It is a mental problem. It really is, apart from, you know, when children grow up in a household where they live off chips and pies.
"But I took it. I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but like everything, there's always no quick recipe."
Explaining her health struggles, she added: "I was very sick for a couple of months.
"The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.
"But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I've just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven't put on a pound. Nothing."
Sharon has also opened up about her latest cosmetic surgery procedure as she vowed never to go under the knife again.
She said she had "taken it too far" by undergoing a facelift.
The TalkTV host admitted that her most recent procedure left her feeling frightened and "looking like a cyclops".
Sharon admitted she didn't recognise the person looking back at her in the mirror.
Sharon underwent five cosmetic surgeries, but vowed to put a stop to it after the final face lift that 'put her off'.
"That face lift put me off and it frightens me, I really f***ing pushed it with the last facelift and I am now like, no more," Sharon said.
"Time is against me, I cannot have another," she added to The Sun.
