Peyush Bansal, one of the Sharks on Shark Tank India, invited Jugadu Kamlesh and his nephew Naru at his residence in Delhi recently. Over lunch, they discussed their plans for the future.
For the unversed, Kamlesh impressed many with his pitch for hand-drawn carts for farmers. He was joined by his nephew Naru. Their honest pitch and approach appealed to all the sharks but nobody invested. Peyush decided to invest Rs 10 lakh in his venture for a 40% stake in the firm KG Agrotech. Additionally, he also offered a ₹20 lakh loan at a 0% interest rate.
