Share your best tips for combatting the gloomy weather in the UK

As the nights draw in and we begin to enjoy less sunshine, it can be good to find ways to boost your mood. For Brits, it may be even more important than usual this year: England been experiencing particularly dreary conditions thanks to “anticyclonic gloom” – a weather phenomenon characterised by grey skies, mist and low cloud. The village of Odiham in Hampshire was reported to be one of the gloomiest in the UK, recording just 12 minutes of sunshine in the past 11 days.

With this in mind, we’d love to hear your tips for combatting the gloom. It could be cooking a dish that always makes your day feel a little brighter, or changing up your interiors to make time spent indoors more enjoyable.
