Shane Lowry takes home huge cheque for decent finish at PGA Championship

Shane Lowry's prize money from the PGA Championship was revealed following his 12th placed finish at Oak Hill.

Overall, the County Offaly native walked away with $365,000 whilst tournament winner Brooks Koepka took home $3,150,000.

After he finished third in the field for proximity to the hole and closing with a one-under 69 to tie for 12th on level par, Lowry felt he should have gotten more out of his game, but he is optimistic about the summer to come.
