Does Sézane do free delivery?
Standard home delivery at Sézane is free for UK orders over £200. If your order is less, this will cost £8 per order. Alternatively, you can choose ‘conciergerie delivery’ for free to collect from two London locations.
Can I get a discount on my first order at Sézane?
No, Sézane does not have a first order discount. However, occasionally you might be able to get a free gift with your first purchase. We've previously seen a free tote bag with new purchases, and we'll let you know if this starts again.
Does Sézane have a student discount?
No, Sézane does not offer any student discounts. You can still save on your next Sézane purchase by using one of our strong Sézane discount codes listed above. We’d also recommend signing up for Sézane’s email newsletter, as the brand sends promotions to its shoppers here.
Does Sézane ever do a sale?
Sézane does have an ‘Archives’ page—whilst these are not technically ‘sales’, it is a chance to shop carefully chosen returned stock from Sézane at discounted prices.
Does Sézane offer returns?
Yes, the first return made of each order is free. Sézane has a 14 day returns window, after your order has been delivered. You'll need to return any items in their original condition, with accessories and labels still attached.

Newsletter promotions: Sign up for the Sézane newsletter to get exclusive discounts. You’ll be the first to hear about any new pieces, ‘archive’ sales, and the occasional exclusive promotion.
Archive sales: Shop Sézane during the ‘Archive’ promotions twice a year. While these are not technically ‘sales’, Sézane offers strong discounts on previous pieces. Our savings editors have added when these were last year into our data system, so we can predict this year’s. We’re predicting this year’s Archives to be June-July and Dec-Jan.
Restocking days: Found the perfect code and item for you? It’s worth knowing that Sézane restocks every Wednesday and Sunday from 8:30 AM (BST). So, if you’ve got the perfect code be sure to use it while the item is available, or wait until these days for size restocks.
Free tote bags: Sézane has an occasional free tote promotion—and it landed in our inbox overnight! To celebrate the return of sunnier days, Sézane will add a new tote bag to your order. You’ll need to spend £50 to qualify, and colours are randomly selected.
How to use your Sézane discount code

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We try hard to avoid listing promo codes that don’t work. To do this we:

- We give as much information as we can to avoid any terms and conditions trickery.
