A sex offender who targeted women in Glasgow, Paisley and Johnstone has been charged.
Kenneth Bright has been sentenced for a number of serious sexual offences, including rape, dating back to 2014 at the High Court in Edinburgh. One of the victims was a 14-year-old girl.
Police Scotland has issued a statement welcoming the verdict.
Detective Inspector Allan Kelly said: “Bright preyed on women, including a 14-year-old girl, and escaped justice for a number of years, and I commend them for coming forward with such courage.

“Bright has now been jailed and I particularly welcome him being put on the sex offenders register indefinitely.
“Detectives want to let perpetrators of this kind of crime know that their behaviour will not be tolerated and Police Scotland will always investigate reports of a sexual nature, no matter when the offence happened, in a professional and sensitive manner."
