'Sex and the City' actress Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP) is an avid reader and she often shares her book recommendations with fellow readers on social media. Taking her love for books a step ahead, the news is that SJP is now collaborating with independent publishing company Zando to launch SJP Lit, "a brand new imprint dedicated to publishing books that capture the contemporary imagination," she revealed.
Sharing the news, SJP recently posted on social media:
SJP had earlier collaborated with Molly Stern, founder-CEO of Zando, for SJP for Hogarth. At that time, Stern was the Senior Vice President and Publisher of Crown Publishing Group and their collaboration with SJP continued till Stern left her position with the company. In 2020 Stern then founded Zando, reports Oprah Daily.
Through SJP Lit, the actress plans to "publish sweeping, expansive, thought-provoking, and big-hearted stories that are inclusive of international and underrepresented voices."
Meanwhile, on the work front, SJP is currently seen on 'Sex And The City Reboot'.
