Storm Dudley has brought more severe weather conditions to the region after it made it's dramatic appearance yesterday.
Strong winds and heavy rain has lashed the North East causing further disruption to road, rail and ferry services.
More adverse weather conditions are forecast with Storm Eunice set to cause even more chaos tomorrow.

Dubbed 'the worst storm in 30 years' authorities are braced for the extreme weather to roll in.
Between 7am and 6pm, a yellow weather warning for wind will be in place across most of the North East.
Gusts of 50-60mph are expected with speeds of a whopping 70-75mph possible in exposed sites. Up to 5cm of snow is also forecast.
In the South West of England and South Wales, a rare Red alert is in place with wind gusts of up to 90mph possible near the coast.
Network Rail has advised passengers not to travel in Yorkshire and the North East on Friday. Customers should either travel on the Thursday or Saturday to avoid cancelled trains.
Disruption to rail services is expected with severe winds likely to bring down trees and power cables.
The Metro service remains partly suspended after a wall collapsed at a bridge in Tynemouth on Tuesday. The service between North Shields and Tynemouth will be suspended until Sunday.
On the waterways, poor weather conditions caused cancellations on the DFDS Seaways service between Newcastle and Amsterdam.
The Shields Ferry Service has continued to run normally but bosses will continue to monitor the situation once Storm Eunice arrives on Friday.
Power cuts were also reported across the region with over 1,000 customers left without power. These significant outages included Coxhoe, County Durham and Kielder, Northumberland.
Road across the region were also subject to closures and disruption. Caution was urged on busy roads such as the A1M, A19 and A66, particularly to high-sided vehicles.
The A66 will close at midnight between Penrith and Scotch Corner due to the snow and wind forecast.
An unstable gable that came loose of a house caused issues on the A183 Chester Road in Sunderland. Mill Lane between Whitburn Windmill and the Marsden Grotto also suffered disruption due to precautionary tree cutting.
Kielder Forest remains shut until Saturday due to safety fears.
