Severe weather conditions have wreaked havoc in parts of England, leading to serious flooding and travel disruptions. The Midlands in England has been particularly hard hit, with areas remaining submerged under water and over 200 flood warnings issued. The River Soar in Leicestershire is facing life-threatening conditions, with trailer parks and villages inundated by muddy waters.
Train lines and major roads have been forced to close due to wet and icy conditions, while snow and ice have caused further disruptions in northern England and Scotland. Airport runways in Manchester, Liverpool, and Aberdeen had to temporarily shut down as crews worked to clear snow and ice.
