A Goulburn woman and her four children, including a two-week-old infant, missing since Friday have been found by police.
On Monday, NSW Police said the 35-year-old mother and her four children were last seen in Goulburn about 2.30pm on September 27.
When concerns were raised for her welfare, officers from the Hume Police District were notified and began inquiries into her whereabouts.
A NSW Police spokesman said the woman and her children were found safe on Monday, September 30.
Police said they would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.
