HYDERABAD: A chain snatcher was nabbed by South Zone police for allegedly snatching a chain from a school teacher while she was walking on the road. Police seized a 120 gm gold chain from the accused. The incident had taken place on May 21.
The accused is a repeat offender and was involved in 135 cases of chain-snatching. After being released from jail recently, he committed offences in Narayanaguda, Shalibanda and Saroornagar.
