
The sergeant who closed the stalking investigation concerning a man believed to have fatally stabbed Gracie Spinks four months later admitted the crime report he used to make that decision was “not very good”, an inquest has heard.
Ms Spinks, 23, reported Michael Sellers to Derbyshire Police in February 2021 after continued unwanted attention and an incident where he was seen waiting in a lay-by near where her horse was stabled in January that year.
