Liberal senator rebuked for personal policy 'Odyssey'

The opposition leader has been forced to pull one of his frontbenchers into line after a wide-ranging speech in which the rogue senator made a string of policy pitches outside his brief.

In an address to the National Press Club on Wednesday, Liberal housing spokesman Andrew Bragg said his party would reduce net annual migration to 180,000.
