Senators aim to rip cap off veteran health care payment

Veterans would be safe from having spending caps placed on their health care if a new bill passes parliament.

Independent senator Jacqui Lambie has unveiled plans to block the government from being able to deny Australian defence personnel allied health treatment based on cost.
