
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday said it will hear the plea, by Uddhav Thackeray challenging the Election Commission's decision to allot the name 'Shiv Sena' and the 'Bow and Arrow' symbol to the faction led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, on Wednesday. A bench led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud agreed to hear the plea on February 22, at 3.30 pm.
