Chrishell Stause has admitted she would love her next romance to be with someone who isn't in the spotlight.
The Selling Sunset star, 40, decided to call it a day with her co-star Jason Oppenheim, 44, in December after the pair dated for five months.
Before that she was dating Dancing With The Stars pro dancer Keo Motsepe and was once married to This Is Us actor Justin Hartley.
However, she has now said she is ready to try a new stance and would "definitely prefer not to" date celebs, but insists that it's not just as easy as finding an average Joe.
Speaking to TMZ, Chrishell said: "It is a little hard because living in this world that ends up being the people that you meet.
"But a hundred percent every time a friend is like 'oh, I'd love you to meet my friend,' that's the first thing I say."
She continued: "I'm really hoping to be paired with someone that is not in the industry but you know, you're not always in charge of who you meet because it's a bit limited in Los Angeles, but that's the goal."
When asked about her situation with Jason since their break-up she explained they are in a "transitional period".
"We really love each other, so this is the relationship I'm most proud of," she said. "Because to still be as close as we are and I know we just want the best for both of us."
She explained that just because they didn't want the same things in life doesn't mean that they can't class their relationship as being a success.
The couple went their separate ways after the property mogul didn't want kids.
At the time of their split, Chrishell said she had put her desire to have children first, despite it feeling "scary and terrifying" being single once again.
In a lengthy post shared on Instagram shortly after news of their split broke, she wrote: "I've tried to embrace the world I have found myself in and that includes being open and honest about my relationships.
"It felt scary and terrifying knowing that it may not end in what society deems a success and what I am ultimately looking for. But after many long heartfelt talks, I am choosing to see it as a success no matter what label is attached to it publicly."
Jason said at the time: "While we have different wants regarding a family, we continue to have the utmost respect for each other."
