Selling Sunset new girl Chelsea Lazkani studied at Scots uni before LA business

Netflix phenomenon Selling Sunset is back for a fifth season and has recruited a new estate agent who studied in Scotland before moving stateside.

Chelsea Lazkani, who originally comes from North West London, is the newest member of the flashy cast and has a reputation that precedes her.

The 29-year-old studied at Dundee University before setting her sights on the US and can't wait to stir up the LA business and cast.

The series sees estate agents working for The Oppenheim Group, based in Los Angeles, selling incredible multi-million pound properties and there's plenty of drama as personalities clash and deals are made.

Most of the cast have remained the same for five seasons, apart from Amanza Smith, who was added in during season two, and Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela, who arrived in season four.

Dundee educated Chelsea Lazkani, studied at the University of Birmingham before heading to Dundee University where she took a master’s in oil and gas economics.

During her first year in real estate working as an agent, British Nigerian born Chelsea achieved over $10 million (£7.6 million) in sales.

Having lived initially in London, and working as a business analyst, she moved Stateside in 2017, working in LA and getting her realtor licence.

Chelsea met her husband to be Jeff Lazkani when she holidayed in LA in 2015 and they now live there where he is the managing director at Icon Media Direct, a marketing and advertising company.

She is set to make a real impact on the show and as she arrives she tells everyone: 'I always get what I want.'
