Selena Gomez 's alleged former best pal and kidney donor Francia Raisa has seemingly shaded the singer while being interviewed.
Looking laidback and chilled as she walked her dog over the weekend in the Studio City area of Los Angeles on Sunday (April 30), Francia was avoidant as could be.
The 34-year-old How I Met Your Father actress seemingly threw shade at the Lose You to Love Me hitmaker when she did all she could to dodge the topic of Selena - whom she donated a kidney to back in 2017.
Francia also avoided talking about whether or not she and Selena, 30, were still pals when she was asked if things were still good between them.
Francia no longer followers Selena on Instagram, according to reports, with her asked by the interviewer if everything between them is okay off the back of this.
Smirking a little before addressing the question, she then replied: "Sunday is so fun, it's a day of rest. I'm Francia and I'm hanging out with my dog," completely dodging the question about Selena.
Asked if she still talks to Selena, Francia seemingly shaded the singer again when she said: "It's a good day, it's so pretty out now. I was in the snow last week and now L.A. weather."
The man speaking to actress then passed comment on how Francia seemed to avoid any Selena-based questions, to which she said: "I'm really good at this game, I've gotten better."
Dodging more questions about Selena, Francia had no intention of answering anything in relation to her former pal.
Although she avoided all direct questions about Selena, the actress did touch on the topic of organ donation.
Asked about kidney donation, Francia didn't dodge the question and said: "I would definitely speak to someone again about organ donation and the process and stuff. I've done it a few times, it's not something I promote obviously."
"You know the other day at the movies I was with my friend Lily and someone came up to me and said 'hey my friend is the one that you spoke to a few years back about the kidney donation and she's really grateful'."
In 2017, Francia underwent surgery as she became Selena's kidney donor after she faced health complications that related to her lupus diagnosis.
Back in March of this year (2023), Selena sung Francia's praises in the Apple TV+ docuseries, Dear, when she referred to her as her "best friend" and spoke of the time she got tested to see if she was a match for the donation.
