On Sunday at Huntington Bank Stadium, New York Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers put on a dazzling display.
Nabers made plays all over the field, including two highlight-reel receptions — one for a key first down over a defender and the second for a touchdown in the back corner of the endzone.
When all was said and done, Nabers finished the game with eight receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
Even before the final whistle had blown, Cleveland Browns All-World edge rusher Myler Garrett saught out Nabers on the field and gave him his flowers. The exchange between veteran and rookie was remarkably wholesome.

“Malik,” Garrett said. “You a bad boy. Keep doing your thing.”
“Appreciate it,” Nabers responded. “You, too, sir.”
To have a superstar like Garrett dap a player up after they just scored a touchdown on his defense speaks volumes about the reputation Nabers is developing.
Meanwhile, Nabers responding with such class, dignity, and respect in what he likely believed was a private moment also highlights an impressive mentality.
The Giants got themselves a good one.
