Secret wife of crime lord Christy Kinahan has died

A secret ex-wife of crime lord Christy Kinahan has died.

Jacqueline Kallenbach, 64 – who married the ‘Dapper Don’ in secret and ran a number of businesses with him –died after a short illness in the Netherlands last week.

Asked by us for comment, Ms Kallenbach’s daughter Francis replied by saying: “What my mother would say was f**k off.”

In a death notice posted online, her family said she died “too early”.

The post read: “We are deeply saddened, but full of admiration for her optimism and willpower during a hopeless and dishonest illness. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her.

“Much too early and still full of plans and ideals, a dear wife, our mother, and dear grandmother passed away after a short struggle.”

Christy’s former wife, who later married a notorious child killer and rapist, is set to be cremated later this week – but no member of the Kinahan family is expected to attend, nor could they to due to recent sanctions imposed on them by the US and UAE governments.

Ms Kallenbach, who kept in touch with Christy’s son Daniel over the years and even wished him a Happy Christmas on Twitter, ran several businesses with the Dapper Don after marrying him in the UK in 2001.

The pair went their separate ways in 2007 — and Ms Kallenbach eventually married triple-killer Louis Hagemann while he was behind bars for the murders of a woman and two children.

In documentation obtained by this newspaper, it is revealed that Ms Kallenbach and the Dapper Don tied the knot on October 30, 2001.

They shared a home in Chertsey, Surrey, from where they also ran up to 10 companies.
