TKC Distilling sacked CEO Wes Henderson on 3 October after relatives alleged he concealed cameras to record guests and family members at The Kentucky Castle and elsewhere in 'various stages of undress'.

The allegations appear in a sealed lawsuit filed in June in Oldham County and obtained by The Courier Journal. Family members claim footage recovered from the SD cards of numerous cameras captured people without their knowledge, including some engaged in sexual acts.
