Secret Service issues statement on Iran’s threat toward Barron Trump

The U.S. Secret Service confirmed it is investigating a video broadcast by Iranian state media that threatens the life of President Donald Trump 's youngest son, Barron Trump .
“The U.S. Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees,” Secret Service spokesman Nate Herring said in a statement. “Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence.”
Broadcast on Iran 's IRGC-linked Channel 3, the video features a purported $10 million bounty on Barron Trump and details his university location and security guard positions.
The Iranian propaganda clip further claimed an unnamed woman bypassed Secret Service protocols to meet Barron Trump and relay private intelligence to the video's creators.
This escalation follows the U.S. assassination of Iran's Ayatollah Ali Khamenei at the start of the war with Iran, launched by President Donald Trump alongside Israel.
