Second passenger dies in hospital as a result of Easter Sunday family car crash at Wangaratta

A boy, 16, injured in a car crash in Victoria's north on Easter Sunday has died in hospital, marking the second fatality resulting from the collision.

The boy was one of three passengers in a car that veered off the road and rolled into a paddock at a Wangaratta intersection just after 7pm on April 9, and he was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
