Sebi has cleared seven IPOs, including those of Jio Platforms, Paras Healthcare, Bharat PET, Paramotor Digital Technology and Pushp Brand, adding to the strong pipeline of companies preparing to tap India’s primary market. The approvals come at a time when the IPO market has remained active across sectors ranging from healthcare and packaging to fintech, consumer brands and digital platforms.
The biggest name in the latest set is Reliance Industries-backed Jio Platforms, which has received approval from Sebi for its proposed public listing. The issue is reportedly looking to raise around Rs 37,700 crore, implying a valuation of nearly Rs 9.5 lakh crore. If launched at that size, it could become one of India’s largest IPOs.
