Sebastián Báez Advances To Rio Open Final With Dominant Win

RIO DE JANEIRO -- In an exciting match at the Rio Open, fifth-seeded Sebastián Báez emerged victorious over his Argentine compatriot Francisco Cerundolo in straight sets on Saturday. Báez, currently ranked 30th, displayed a strong performance to secure a 7-5, 6-0 win in Rio de Janeiro.

With this victory, Báez has advanced to the final of the tournament where he will face either defending champion Cameron Norrie or another talented Argentinian player, Mariano Navone. The upcoming final promises to be a thrilling encounter as both potential opponents pose a tough challenge for Báez.
