A desperate search is underway to trace a missing Scots pensioner.
Michael Williams, 71, has been reported missing from the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. He was last seen at 7am on Tuesday, July 4 and has not been heard from since.
Michael is described as 5ft 10in and of a slim build. He is bald with a short goatee and wears glasses.
He is thought to be wearing a green shirt, burgundy braces, tan-coloured trousers and dark-blue trainers.
Officers are appealing to Michael himself and anyone who might have seen him to get in touch.
Anyone with information is asked call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 0947 of 4 July, 2023.
