A police search operation launched to trace a missing man last heard from four days ago has concluded after he was found safe and well.
Dylan Bodart, 24, was last spoken with at around 10pm on Tuesday, January 31. He had not been seen or heard from since when an appeal was launched to trace him on Saturday February 4.
Officers investigating his disappearance said he was known to frequent the Rutherglen, Cambuslang and Glasgow areas. Dylan was described as 6ft, of a slim build and has short, brown hair.
He was believed to be wearing a black hooded top, black jogging bottoms and speaks with a South African accent.
Sergeant Gary Mackie, from East Kilbride Police Station, said: “Officers have been carrying out significant enquiries since Dylan was reported missing but so far he has not been located. We would like to appeal to anyone who may be able to provide any information regarding his whereabouts or potential sightings which could assist us in tracing him.
“I would also ask Dylan himself to get in contact with friends, family, support services or the Police. Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 1181 of 3 February, 2022.”
Police took to social media on Saturday evening to announce that Dylan had been found safe and well.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that 24-year-old Dylan Bodart, who had been reported missing, has been traced safe and well. We'd like to thank the public for their assistance."
