Scots schoolboy, 13, missing for two days found 'safe and well'

A Scots schoolboy who was missing for two days has been found.

Taylor O'Neil was reporting missing from Paisley at 11am on Friday January 6, and a police search was launched.

The last sighting of the 13-year-old was at 5.25pm on Sunday January 8, in a Morrison's supermarket on Lonend in the Renfrewshire town.

Police say he was in the company of four other young males.

Following an online appeal, officers have confirmed that the youngster has been traced.

Taylor was last seen this evening (Police Scotland)

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Thank you for your help and assistance regarding our previous post about the missing person Taylor O'Neil. We can confirm that he has been traced safe and well."
