Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers will try to persuade federal appeals court judges Thursday that the hip-hop mogul was treated unfairly at trial, and that the First Amendment should win his freedom.
Combs, currently in federal prison in New Jersey, won't be at the arguments before a panel of three federal appellate judges. He's challenging his conviction on prostitution-related charges and more than 4-year prison sentence.
