Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has refuted claims that the video is evidence of sex trafficking, as suggested by prosecutors. Instead, Agnifilo argued that the footage depicts Combs being confronted by Ventura after she discovered he had multiple girlfriends. The altercation reportedly escalated when Ventura struck Combs with her cellphone, leaving him unclothed in the hotel room.
