Disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old aspiring rapper. New lawsuits filed against Combs have revealed some disturbing details, including this alleged incident involving a new plaintiff.
According to the complaints filed by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who claims to be representing over 120 alleged victims, there seems to be a common thread. Many of the plaintiffs allege they were forced to take part in non-consensual sex acts, were secretly drugged, and then warned to stay silent.
In the newest lawsuit filed on Monday in New York, local time, the anonymous plaintiff alleged he met Combs when he was just 10 years old, as per Rolling Stone. He travelled to Manhattan with his parents, where he met the disgraced rapper and other music industry executives, to further his “burgeoning” rap career.
According to the plaintiff, a consultant his parents had hired dropped him off at a hotel room, leaving him alone with Combs. The lawsuit then alleges the 10-year-old boy was given a soda, which he now believes contained drugs.
“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes’,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it’. When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”
The aspiring rapper alleges he “froze in terror” before passing out. When he awoke, Combs’ “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly”. After the alleged victim cried and asked for his parents, Combs allegedly threatened him, saying if he told anybody about this, Combs would hurt his parents.
The plaintiff alleges that once his parents realised something was wrong, he told them of the alleged abuse. However, they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse”. He claims that he had to be homeschooled after the alleged events, and that it caused anxiety and severe depression.
Combs’ legal team has responded to the lawsuit, denying all allegations against their client.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Combs’ legal team told Rolling Stone.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
Combs is currently awaiting trial over charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial date is currently set for May 5, 2025.
