The Seahawks’ roster is far from perfect, but one thing they do have is one of the top wide receiver rooms in the NFL.
DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Marquise Goodwin are at the top of the depth chart. Each brings their own unique attributes to the field, but one common denominator is a whole lot of speed.
In fact, based on route-weighted 40-yard dash times, Seattle has the fastest wide receiver room in the league. At the other end of the spectrum, the Giants have the slowest.
Feels like a dataviz crime but multiple people have asked so rescaled the y-axis so the differences in speed are easier to see.https://t.co/g6BeZ4lllX pic.twitter.com/hN4Kksfgh0

Metcalf and Lockett are both under contract through the 2025 season. However, Goodwin will become an unrestricted free agent next month.
