Seahawks appear to be out of the running on Texans QB Deshaun Watson

Deshaun Watson Seahawks Texans Browns Saints

A few days ago, the Seahawks were supposed to be the favorites around the NFL to trade for Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson. It’s probably for the best, but it seems Seattle is now out of the running.

According to John McClain at the Houston Chronicle, Watson has rejected the idea of playing for the Seahawks. Not long after, Dianna Russini at ESPN reported that Seattle has no plans to meet with Watson right now.

I was told the Seattle Seahawks do not have any plans to meet with Deshaun Watson as of now.
