Scottish winner of Four in a Bed hotel put up for sale surprising fans

The Scottish winner of Channel 4's Four in a Bed programme has been spotted on the Rightmove website, as the hosts stick the stunning hotel on the market.

The Lamlash Bay Hotel on the Isle of Arran was announced as the winner of last weeks round of episodes on the Channel 4 show.

Meg El Adm, owner and former air stewardess was presented with the award alongside pal Yvonne Kemp, as their stunning décor and wonderful views stole the show.

But now the hotel has been discovered on a property website, and is up for grabs for a rather reasonable sum.

The 12-room hotel has been described as a "family run, dog friendly hotel that is centrally located in the village of Lamlash."

The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, seven minutes from the ferry terminal, and boasts 12 unique guest rooms with en-suite, and eight of these rooms are sea view as well.

There is also a family suite in the hotel that is on ground level, with its own entrance, parking, and two private bedrooms.

Other wonderful benefits that were noted on the Four in a Bed show include free Wi-Fi, a bistro-style restaurant with a stone bake pizza oven, and a traditional bar area.

The website says that the hotel, " would provide an excellent opportunity for the right person to run a successful hospitality business in the heart of Lamlash on the beautiful Isle of Arran."

The hotel is available for a reasonable price of offers over £795,000, and is marketed by McEwan Fraser Legal.

Fans of Four in a Bed were left shocked by the sudden sale, with one viewer writing: "OMG, I'm shocked about this."

And a third wrote: "Was hoping to visit here, it looked amazing on Four in a Bed."
