A Scottish teenager has been rushed to hospital after being struck by a bus in Fife.
Emergency services rushed to Main Street in East Wemyss at around 4pm on Tuesday, 31 January, following reports of a collision between a bus and a pedestrian.

The 14-year-old girl was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for treatment. Her condition is currently unknown report the Record.
Images from the incident show ambulance crews and police at the scene. The road was shut for a time in order to treat the girl.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a crash involving a bus and a 14-year-old female pedestrian on Main Street, East Wemyss, around 4pm on Tuesday, 31 January, 2023.
“The pedestrian was taken to Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy for treatment.”
