Scottish rapeseed manufacturer acquires oat milk start-up

Entrepreneur George Mackintosh and his nephew Gregor Mackintosh have acquired Untitled Oats.

The company will merge with Mackintosh of Glendaveny’s business, which is the UK’s largest producer of cold pressed rape seed oil. The deal was done for an undisclosed sum.

Untitled Oats was founded in Edinburgh in 2020 by Imperial College London chemical engineering graduate Alex Baldwin and University of Edinburgh sustainable development graduate Callum McCadden.
