A number of local residents were left shaken on Monday morning after a car ploughed into the side of a Fife home.
Emergency services had raced to the quiet street in Kirkcaldy at around 8.30am after the vehicle crashed in Clarimalt Drive.
Images taken from the scene shortly after the terrifying collision have shown shocked neighbours and residents watching on as crews worked to secure the area.

The blue BMW can clearly be seen stationary after hitting the building, with glass, bricks and stone surrounding the vehicle.
Confirming the incident to the Daily Record, police shared it remains unclear what had caused the sudden crash, with enquiries still ongoing.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they sent three appliances to the scene and left after ensuring the area was safe.
There were no reported casualties as a result of the incident.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “We were alerted at 8.33am on Monday, April 25 to reports of a collision involving one vehicle and a property at Clarimalt Drive, Kirkcaldy.
Operations Control mobilised three appliances and specialist resources and firefighters assisted emergency service partners at the scene.
There were no reported casualties and crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received report of a car having struck a property on Clarimalt Drive in Kirkcaldy around 8.30am. No-one was injured as a result of the crash and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
