Scottish island fishing factory to close after 40 years due to 'falling demand'

A CREEL manufacturing factory on the Isle of Lewis has announced it will close after 40 years in business.

Gael Force Group has announced that it has “come to the difficult decision” to cease creel production on the island and has consulted with its “loyal and hardworking” workforce about the planned closure.
