Stewart Milne Group has reported a £36m increase in turnover and a £12.7m rise in profit for the year ended 31 October 2021.
The Aberdeen-headquartered house builder stated that turnover came in at £306m for the year, up from £270m at October 2020. Operating profit, before exceptional items, rose by £800,000 to £13.5m in the same period.
During the financial year, the group completed a strategic review which included the re-design of its entire homes range to meet the changing trends of buyers.
