THE SCOTTISH Government is urging Transport Secretary Grant Shapps to intervene and end the dispute between the RMT and Network Rail.

Scottish Transport Minister Jenny Gilruth has written to Shapps demanding action ahead of the latest stoppage by signallers and other Network Rail staff.
