Finance Secretary Kate Forbes has confirmed she will publish the delayed 10-year National Economic Strategy today, hailing it as a “step-change” in Scotland’s economic approach.
It will be published after months of deliberations with business, academics and trade unions, with one of the key announcements coming in the form of an investor panel, led by the First Minister.
The Scottish Government also confirmed that it would include a detailed economic analysis and a plan for delivering the decade-long strategy.
