The Scottish Government is considering the creation of exclusion zones for face coverings, Justice Secretary Neil Gray has said.

The issue has come to the fore in recent months as a result of anti-immigrant protests across the country, as well as the rise of balaclava-wearing young people on motorised bikes and scooters.
