Scottish Government confirms no deaths and 6221 new Covid cases in last 24 hours

The Scottish Government has confirmed that 6,221 more people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

The latest figures for Scotland now include cases identified using either a first positive LFD (lateral flow device) or PCR test.

It also showed there were no further deaths who had tested positive for the virus, meaning the toll under this measurement since the start of pandemic remains at 10,062.
